Paula Pagano: Broker Associate

Thirty years ago, Paula Pagano, surprised everyone, including herself by becoming the number one salesperson in her office during a recession with 17% interest rates. There are one and a half million licensed realtors in the United States, but less than 20% make a living at selling property. Even in a good economy only ten percent of new real estate agents stay after two years, so Paula wondered why, she, often overly analytical, impatient and often emotional succeeded. A Trained Business Coach and Top Producing 30 Year Real Estate Broker (License # 592260), Paula formed her own sales training company in 2003 called Client Connect.

She is currently an active member of NSA, National Speakers Association, WCR, Women’s Council of Realtors, NAWBO, National Association of Women Business Owners, CAR, California Association of Realtors, NAR, National Association of Realtors, NAWP, National Association of Professional Women and SFAR, San Francisco Association of Realtors of which she is a member of the Government Relations and Membership Committees. She also is Captain of her neighborhood San Francisco Safe Committee.
